One of my favorite peice I’ve made out of the series so far! I wanted this piece to talk about emotions in a relationship between 2 people. A lot of the time both people are trying to do what they feel is best for each other but might not see it in the same way as the other. In that moment the idea of the emotions between 2 people are merging, they are trying to find a solution to the problem together. Arguments, yes they suck ass but in that rare moment both people are in thier most vulnerable state trying to work through the issue to become better at the end of it. To have a moment in life so opposing, so opposite but yet working to better both people is a beautiful thing. Appreciate the work it takes to become better person for each other living in this life time. Love.

I wanted to have a counter balance to the last peice I did; so I felt like since the last peice had to do a lot with emotions towards each other then this one needed to be more of a relationship we have with technology. The idea is that we can break down who we are and how we do things as a society by the definition of porgramming. We are programmed to download info off of our phones as well as stick to the algorithm that is a 9-5 and different morals and stigma we expect from each other. At some point this line of technology and people will fade and will merge into just one in the distant future.

To finish the year out strong I wanted to make one more wood cut out! I resonate heavily with the symbolism behind this saying. The idea of removing your self from negativity by not seeing/hearing/speaking evil. “Ignoring the bad keeps you away from the bad”is essentially what it means.Your group of people or environment you surround yourself with can really affect your growth as an individual so being able to remove that negativity around you can help you flourish beyond what you thought was possible . I feel as if with the next coming year keeping that negativity in the past and moving forward to a more positive future is the best you can do for yourself in 2025! I hope everyone can look back over the year and see how much you have grown and appreciate your accomplishments! “It’s not about where your going but where you came from”
